Gary & Lisa Konechne started the company in 1995 with three kids already at home and a dream for the future. Gary took pride in his work and was always available for his customers but everyone knew his family came first. It was not uncommon for him to have one of his boys along on service calls, or to see Lisa riding along with him on the late calls. As the kids grew Lisa played a less active role, but they were always a team and ran the company until 2023.

Josh grew up working along side Gary but at a young age took more of an interest in plumbing. He moved away for a few years and gained experience plumbing in the Dell Rapids area and then in the oil fields of North Dakota. He & his wife Kaitlin moved back home in 2014 and  live by White Lake with their four children.  Through the years Josh took over the plumbing side of the business and grew it into what it is today.

Jedidiah grew up working alongside Gary as well but also spent a few summers working on a construction crew. He attended MTI for HVAC, spent a year deployed with the National Guard and then returned home to work full time for the family company. He & his wife Jacelyn live by Platte with their son. Jed runs the HVAC and refrigeration side of the business and has a passion for new technology and equipment.
